As our products are handmade and fragile, we follow a transparent but strict return policy.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products received at the time of delivery.
  
  
• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damaged item.
  
  
• Minor color, size, or design variations are natural in handmade items and will not be eligible for return.
  
  

✅ Non-Returnable Items

• Used products.
  
  
• Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
  
  
• Custom or personalized orders.
  
  

✅ Refunds

• If the return is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
  
  
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  
  
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  
  

✅ Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.
